Fathom

AI meeting assistant for notes and CRM updates

Fathom makes an AI meeting assistant that records calls and pulls out, summarises and organises what mattered, so the people in a meeting can pay attention to each other rather than to note-taking, logging decisions or tracking action items. Each call yields a searchable summary, updates flow into the CRM, and the whole team can share the results. The product is free to start and spreads mainly through self-serve, product-led adoption. No AI meeting assistant has more installs on either the Zoom or the HubSpot marketplace; it carries a 5/5 rating from more than 4,500 G2 reviews, and was G2's highest-satisfaction product of 2024. The team is small, fully remote and async-first.
