Everis

Permanent holding company for B2B SaaS businesses

Everis is a software holding company that acquires B2B SaaS businesses directly from their original founders and keeps them for good. Because it invests its own capital instead of running a fund, no exit timeline pushes it to sell an acquisition on. Once a company joins, Everis's remote team works on its engineering and product, pricing, go-to-market, retention, revenue operations and back-office systems. Together the group brings in $27 million in annual recurring revenue.
