Emma is the world's largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, founded in 2015 and now present in over 20 markets with more than 35 stores across Europe. It develops sleep comfort products — mattresses and the surrounding category — sold directly rather than through the retail intermediaries that traditionally controlled the market and much of its margin. Its products are used by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide. The company employs colleagues from more than 70 nationalities and operates with an emphasis on ownership and knowledge sharing.
