Platform for building AI customer support agents
Duckie gives customer support teams the tools to build AI support agents of their own. A team maps the tasks and processes it already runs into AI workflows that behave predictably and reliably, saving both time and money. Companies across many industries use it for a broad range of support use cases. After strong early traction, Duckie is now pushing its B2B sales toward larger customers.
