Financial planning and decision platform

Drivetrain provides a financial planning and decision-making platform that helps companies scale and hit their targets predictably, connecting plans to the operational data that determines whether they hold. Predictability is the actual product — most planning tools produce a forecast, while the harder problem is noticing early when reality has diverged from it. Founded in 2021 by two former Googlers, the company is remote-first and headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a culture built around transparency, autonomy and room to test ideas without penalty for being wrong.
