Drillbit

AI office workers for residential contractors

Drillbit supplies AI office workers to residential contractors, taking on the manual administrative work that makes winning customers so expensive for them. Its AI employee, Mason, books jobs about three times as often as the best human customer service reps at a fraction of their cost, and has produced over $120M in gross merchandise value for customers across more than 100,000 opportunities. That wasted admin inflates the price of basic home services across America, and removing it is how Drillbit aims to make housing more affordable. Over the last twelve months the company has grown 42% month over month and built a $98M ARR sales pipeline.
