DiligenceSquared

AI agents for commercial due diligence research

DiligenceSquared produces commercial due diligence for private equity firms, hedge funds, private credit investors and corporates, replacing much of the traditional consulting engagement with AI. Its agents conduct expert interviews in large numbers, pull the findings together and deliver due diligence reports in which every conclusion can be traced to its source, at a small fraction of the cost and time a consultancy needs. People stay in the loop throughout, directing the agents and reviewing what they produce. The company is a small, high-output team working on hard research problems in private equity.
