Talent matching for software engineers

Dex works on closing the gap between talent and opportunity, starting by connecting ambitious software engineers with companies worth their time. The premise is that work is part of the human condition regardless of what AI automates, and that too much talent never reaches the place it would thrive because of circumstance rather than ability. The matching itself is largely solved: more than 90 percent of candidates are matched to relevant roles, and the candidate pool is growing several times over. What that scale produces is behavioural signal on candidates that almost nobody else in recruitment holds, and using it to reach people at the right moment is where the company's leverage now sits.
