Deputy

Scheduling and workforce management for shift work

Deputy builds scheduling and workforce management for hourly workers — baristas, nurses, cleaners, delivery drivers, florists and factory workers who together make up around 80% of the world's workforce and whom most workplace technology has ignored in favour of desk-based employees. Its platform serves over 1.5 million workers and 375,000 workplaces across more than 100 countries. When businesses use it, they become more profitable, compliant and productive while their workers are more engaged, since the two outcomes turn out to depend on the same scheduling decisions.
