Delivery runs through trade partners and builder partners rather than a wholly in-house workforce, so the company's technical work is as much about training and verification as installation: teaching HVAC technicians the geothermal layer on top of their existing air-source, gas and hydronic competence, integrating a heat pump with the ground loop, and interpreting fault codes that fall outside conventional practice. Commissioning checks and field diagnostics exist to hold quality across that partner network and cut warranty claims. It runs regional operations including the Mountain West from Denver.
