Crux

Capital markets for clean energy

Crux modernises how capital is raised and deployed for clean energy and critical infrastructure, working across advisory, investments, technology and intelligence. Rising electricity demand requires new generation, domestic supply chains for minerals and components, and very large amounts of capital — and the mechanisms for moving that capital efficiently have lagged the physical build-out. Its team of more than 120 combines expertise in energy, tax, finance, government and technology, and its investor base includes strategic participants such as Pattern Energy, Clearway Energy, EDF Renewables and Ørsted.
