AI-native law firm for commercial contracts
crosby.ai (opens in a new tab)Crosby is an AI-native law firm rather than a legal software vendor, helping companies including Cursor, Ramp and Cognition sign commercial contracts faster. The distinction is deliberate: it builds proprietary tools and human-in-the-loop workflows and then owns the legal outcome alongside the client, instead of selling software and walking away from the result. The underlying view is that legal work is part art and part science, and that the useful move is codifying what can be systematised while amplifying judgment where it genuinely matters. It was founded by a former startup general counsel and one of Ramp's first fifteen engineers.
