Dementia care navigation for families
craniometrix.com (opens in a new tab)Craniometrix runs a care navigation service for families living with dementia, providing non-clinical coaching and support. The case for that help is strong: with the right guidance, hospital admissions drop by up to 30%, patients remain at home for longer and their quality of life improves in measurable ways. The business became possible when Medicare started paying for this kind of coaching. Craniometrix launched the service in July 2025, reached $8M in annual recurring revenue within its first year, and is working to become the navigation infrastructure that dementia care runs on.
