cradle.bio (opens in a new tab)Cradle applies machine learning to protein engineering, giving scientists high-fidelity models for designing and optimising the molecular machines behind therapeutic, diagnostic, chemical, agricultural and food applications. Protein design has depended on deep expert knowledge and substantial manual effort using custom computational and biological tooling, which limits how many candidates any team can realistically explore. Cradle is already used by clients across biopharma, biotech, agri-tech, food-tech and academia. It is an experienced team of around 90 people distributed between Zurich and Amsterdam.
