Cozmo AI

AI operating system for property insurance claims

Cozmo is an AI operating system for property claims, covering both the customer-facing side of a claims operation and the back-office work behind it. Take a burst pipe in the middle of the night: Cozmo's agents pick up the call, document the damage, log the claim in Xactimate and Cotality, dispatch a contractor within the service-level agreement, push for acceptance before the deadline lapses and build a carrier-ready estimate from photos taken on site. It sells to restoration franchisors, third-party administrators and adjusting firms whose boards want them to become AI-native but who cannot get there on their own. Its anchor customer is among the biggest restoration franchisors in the US.
