Their engineers can plug in frontier models without friction, while security teams keep the controls the sector requires. Founder Eric Magliarditi saw at SpaceX and Castelion how difficult it is for aerospace and defense firms to adopt state-of-the-art AI, and the company now has several paying customers in that industry. Staff are expected to question requirements and push back, including on the founder, and to arrange their own schedules around family life.
