Conduit

AI agent platform for hotels and hospitality

Conduit builds AI agents made specifically for the hospitality industry. Hotels, resorts and vacation rental operators put them to work both in conversations with guests and in back-of-house operations, and across its customers the agents run millions of workflows a day. Guest experience largely comes down to how fast a request gets resolved, and resolving one normally means passing it across multiple systems and staff members. Conduit's agents take on that coordination, in an industry worth roughly a tenth of global GDP.
