When an order arrives by email, the agents carry it all the way into the company's ERP system, a hand-off that sales and procurement staff otherwise perform by hand. That manual work is widespread: distributors in the US and Germany alone employ about four million people in those roles. Comena wants to automate it so they can spend their time on more meaningful work, and it already has customers in both countries.
