CoLoop

Customer insights repository for research teams

CoLoop gives a company's insight team a single repository that connects its research vendors and tools, then puts AI on top so that anyone in the business can ask questions about customers and get answers. The aim is decisions grounded in what customers actually think and do. In the past year the company doubled its revenue to several million dollars in annual recurring revenue and signed Nike, Netflix and Mozilla. It has 15 people and works on the conviction that a small, strong team with the right tools can outperform an average team of a hundred.
