Cogram

AI agents for architecture and engineering projects

Cogram makes AI agents for architecture, engineering and construction firms, aimed at the project management chores that fill their days: handling RFIs and submittals, filing email, writing up field notes and meeting minutes, and producing reports. Large architecture and engineering firms already run it at scale. The opportunity is an industry worth about $13 trillion that still coordinates projects through email threads, spreadsheets and manual data entry. The work is difficult because project data is messy, habits are deeply ingrained, and people on demanding job sites need to be able to trust what the software produces. Cogram is a small team up against competitors a hundred times larger, and it wants to become the standard AI platform for design and engineering workflows.
