CRM for small scaling businesses

Close has been building a CRM since 2013 designed to stay out of the way, and is now folding AI through the product so the software absorbs the busywork rather than the sales team. That means no manual data entry and no ten-click workflows, with communication rather than record-keeping as the organising idea. The customer is the small, scaling business, and the company's stated purpose is that none of them should fail because they could not work out sales. It is bootstrapped and profitable, answering to customers rather than investors, with a fully remote team of about 120 people.
