Software for out-of-network claim arbitration

Hospitals and insurers routinely underpay these providers, and the No Surprises Act gave them a federal arbitration route, known as IDR, for getting claims re-priced, one they win in the large majority of cases. Few specialty practices can use it on their own: the rules are technical, each claim lapses after 30 business days, and billers end up writing the balances off. Clearest's software takes over the entire process, checking eligibility, setting prices, filing and collecting, and draws on the biggest verified dataset of arbitration outcomes in the US. Practices pay only once recovered funds arrive in their account. Founder Nicolas Raga built LLM systems at Amazon before starting the company.
