Clarion

AI agents for patient scheduling and access

Clarion builds AI agents that take care of a patient's dealings with a medical practice from start to finish: booking and moving appointments, handling referrals and processing prescription refills. The problem it addresses is one of capacity rather than care. Clinic staff are buried under calls, faxes and scheduling requests, which leaves patients waiting, wears staff down and costs clinics billions in lost revenue, and Clarion's agents do that scheduling work better than human schedulers. Revenue grew tenfold over the past year. The CEO is a Stanford- and Harvard-trained physician and clinical operations leader who worked at Two Chairs and Ophelia, and the CTO is a former Amazon Alexa engineer who led AI and ML teams at Salesforce. The team has worked in person in New York City since day one.
