Civitech

Technology for progressive campaigns

Civitech builds voter contact and organising technology used by nonprofit organisations, national political committees and individual campaigns. Since its founding in 2019, over 500 partners have used its tools to reach tens of millions of voters in service of a more equitable and progressive democracy. Campaign technology is unusual in that it must work under extreme time compression and then go quiet for two years, which shapes what building well means here. The company maintains a co-working headquarters in Austin, applies a rigorous approach to product design, testing and data science, and explicitly encourages applications from groups underrepresented in technology.
