Circle Medical

Telemedicine primary care practice for adults

Circle Medical is a primary care practice for adults that sees patients by telemedicine, holding two-way video and audio appointments on HIPAA-compliant technology it developed itself. Each patient is matched with a dedicated primary care provider so their care stays continuous over time. The practice is a UCSF Health affiliate and follows evidence-based clinical guidelines informed by that relationship. It accepts most PPO insurance plans and helps patients make sense of their coverage. Clinicians document care in an electronic health record the company built in-house, and the practice is open seven days a week.
