Cinder

Trust and safety platform for online and AI abuse

Cinder builds the platform that companies use to keep abuse away from their users, their online platforms and their AI systems. Businesses running large platforms or building AI products face threats that shift constantly, including fraud, disinformation and models behaving unsafely. Cinder pairs AI agents and workflow tooling with human expertise so teams can spot those problems, dig into them and act. Customers rely on it for day-to-day trust and safety operations, red-teaming of AI systems, fraud investigations and enforcing platform rules at scale, and many are technology companies developing AI-powered products. The team is distributed, with people in New York, Washington DC, London, Austin and San Francisco.
