Chief is a membership network for senior women leaders, offering a vetted community, one-to-one and peer group coaching, exclusive clubhouses and executive education from the Wharton School. Vetting is what makes it work: peer coaching only helps if everyone in the room operates at comparable seniority. As the largest community of its kind, its members represent more than 10,000 companies including 67% of the Fortune 100, and over 44% hold C-suite positions. The organisation exists to create more possibilities for women's power.
