Centivo

Health plan for self-funded employers

Centivo is a health plan for self-funded employers, built around a primary-care-based ACO model that saves employers between 15 and 30 percent compared with traditional insurance carriers. Employees gain as directly as employers do, through free primary care including virtual visits, predictable copays and a plan design with no deductible — which removes the barrier that causes people to defer care until it becomes expensive. The company works with employers ranging from 51 employees to the Fortune 500 and is headquartered in Buffalo with additional offices.
