Cekura

Testing and monitoring for voice AI agents

Cekura builds an AI engineer dedicated to voice agents and covers the whole life of an agent: simulated testing before it goes live, monitoring once it handles real calls, and continuous improvement after that. The distinctive part is what happens when a call goes wrong. Rather than stopping at an alert or a suggested fix, Cekura recreates the failure in simulation, writes the correction, puts it through testing and submits it as a pull request. Five9, HighLevel, Twin Health, PwC, Deloitte, Jobber and Jotform are among its customers, and HIPAA, SOC 2 and GDPR compliance are built in by default. The team of roughly 15, mostly engineers, works in person in San Francisco six days a week.
