Careforce

AI agents for healthcare care coordination

Careforce builds a platform of autonomous AI agents for care coordination, engineered to run with high reliability. The agents take on the administrative legwork that slows healthcare providers down, tracking things down, making the phone calls and booking appointments, so clinical staff can spend their time on patients and people can get care more easily. The company's goal is to triple how much care the world can deliver and to break through interoperability problems that have persisted in healthcare for 40 years. It plans and rewards its work in six-month iterations.
