Hardware is only half of the business. The company designs and builds the aircraft itself, then runs the field side as well: shipping equipment and crews across the country, starting up operations in new cities and flying in demanding real-world conditions while working directly with the customer. Having proven the model through a small number of successful operations, it is working to grow them into a national network.
