Platform for deploying AI employees
Brainbase Labs builds a platform for deploying AI employees: software agents that sit alongside a company's human staff and take on conversations, operational tasks and entire workflows. It is built for a near future in which every business runs part of its work through AI employees. In just over a year it went from no revenue to annual recurring revenue in the millions, selling to customers that range from fast-growing small businesses to Fortune 50 enterprises. It also has a product called Kafka that serves prosumers. The multinational team includes people from Harvard, Stanford and Berkeley.
