Blackbird Labs Inc

Loyalty and payments for restaurants

Blackbird Labs is a loyalty and payments platform connecting the best restaurants with their customers, offering restaurants a fully customisable loyalty programme alongside a consumer app designed to make guests feel recognised wherever they dine. Recognition is the actual product — restaurants have always rewarded regulars, and Blackbird makes that possible at a scale and across venues that memory cannot support. The company was founded in 2022 by Ben Leventhal, co-founder of Eater and Resy, and is backed by Union Square Ventures, a16z and Amex Ventures.
