Better Health

Home medical supplies and chronic care

Better Health is creating a new kind of medical provider in the $60 billion home medical supply industry, bundling peer support, coaching, education and home delivery of supplies into an end-to-end solution for people managing chronic conditions. The peer support component is what distinguishes it: adapting to a chronic condition is as much a behavioural transition as a supply problem, and the supply companies serving this market address only the latter. Since November 2019 it has gained Medicare licences in 48 states and 16 Medicaid licences, serving members of Cigna, Humana, Florida Blue and Oscar.
