Benepass

Customisable employee benefits platform

Benepass lets companies tailor benefits to the actual composition of their workforce rather than buying a single package for everyone. Employers set a contribution amount and eligible spend categories, and employees direct it toward what genuinely helps them — which matters because wellness means something different to a new parent, a remote worker and someone caring for an ageing relative. Its fintech platform lets People teams implement, administer and track those benefits in hybrid and remote-first environments where the traditional one-size-fits-all package fits almost nobody.
