Beamery

Talent lifecycle and skills data platform

Beamery runs a jobs, skills and tasks data platform helping organisations make informed decisions across the whole talent lifecycle, powering recruitment, internal mobility, upskilling, diversity, work architecture and workforce planning. Treating skills as the underlying unit rather than job titles is what lets those functions share one view instead of maintaining separate ones. The company's stated mission is creating equal access to meaningful work, skills and careers, on the observation that millions of people are left behind in their careers each year as AI and automation reshape what work exists.
