Beam Impact

Charitable giving built into loyalty

Beam is working to shift $10 billion from brands to high-impact nonprofits by rebuilding loyalty around what today's customers actually respond to. The insight is that loyalty programmes have long traded in discounts and points, while a meaningful share of customers would rather their purchase directed money somewhere that mattered. Its products have scaled rapidly to millions of users, channelling substantial resources to nonprofits and prompting more people to make a larger impact through ordinary purchases. The company looks for people who are analytical, tenacious and driven by impact.
