AI for sales knowledge

Backstory has spent more than a decade training AI models on billions of sales interactions, letting sales teams ask questions and get the right answer in the moment, inside the AI workflows they already use. That accumulated interaction data is the moat rather than the model: a general assistant can reason about selling, while one trained on what actually happened in comparable deals can be specific. Sales leaders at Red Hat, Five9, Palo Alto Networks, Iron Mountain, TransUnion and Randstad rely on it.
