Away

Luggage and travel goods brand

Away launched in 2016 with a single carefully designed carry-on and now offers a range of luggage and travel essentials for every kind of journey, built on the belief that travel makes people better. Starting from one product rather than a catalogue is what let the brand establish a point of view before expanding. Its retail team creates the in-person experience across seventeen stores, building connections with customers through product education, service standards and operational discipline — the company treats owning that offline channel as central rather than supplementary to selling online.
