Avoca

AI phone agents for home services

Avoca builds AI conversational agents that answer inbound calls for home service companies, booking jobs and qualifying leads with a speed and consistency human call centres struggle to match. The economics are stark in this market: roughly 85% of missed calls go to a competitor, so an unanswered phone is a lost customer rather than a delayed one. Operating in a market worth over $1 trillion, Avoca grew tenfold in 2025 and has scaled past 130 employees in under two years, working in person from New York and Santa Barbara.
