AI for 911 emergency call centers

Aurelian builds AI tools that let 911 centres handle more with fewer staff. AVA is a conversational agent that answers non-emergency calls — noise complaints, lost dogs, parking questions — routing, triaging and resolving them without human involvement, which removes hold times and frees call-takers for actual emergencies. CORA supports those call-takers during the calls that matter, delivering real-time procedure checklists, reminders and contextual guidance as an emergency unfolds so dispatchers stay consistent under pressure. The two together address both halves of a chronically understaffed function.
