Anima

Care enablement platform for primary care

Anima builds a care enablement platform that automates healthcare workflows, starting with primary care. It combines online consultations, productivity tools for clinical teams and a single source of patient data, with features such as automatically generated coded clinical notes and patient messages and a real-time shared dashboard with chat channels for each clinic. The aim is to get patients a suitable care plan within 24 hours. GP teams across the NHS use it, its NPS is 87, it has never lost a clinic, and it is profitable after growing 450% in 2024, largely through referrals. Anima's founder is a doctor who previously advised HM Treasury on health policy, and everyone on its product team writes production code.
