The aim is to get patients a suitable care plan within 24 hours. GP teams across the NHS use it, its NPS is 87, it has never lost a clinic, and it is profitable after growing 450% in 2024, largely through referrals. Anima's founder is a doctor who previously advised HM Treasury on health policy, and everyone on its product team writes production code.
