As GLP-1 and other high-cost therapies increasingly fall outside traditional plan coverage, employers face demand they cannot fund through existing benefits while employees face full list prices. Andel lets plan sponsors make predictable, trackable contributions toward cash purchases without disrupting existing PBM relationships — which is what makes it adoptable, since it sits alongside the current arrangement rather than requiring an employer to unwind contracts to participate.
