Alaro

Managed legal operations service

Alaro is an AI operating partner for business-critical work, starting with legal, turning recurring document-heavy processes into reliable AI-enabled operations. Each engagement is scoped by legal experts, managed as an extension of the client's team and improved with every matter — and all work is monitored by licensed attorneys, which is what makes it a legal service rather than a legal tool. Founded in 2025 by Willem, formerly of Paul Hastings, and Igor, previously in machine learning at Monzo, the company has already processed $5 billion of legal work.
