Adaptive

Vertical AI for construction businesses

Adaptive builds vertical AI software for the small contractors and builders who make up the local construction economy — the firms behind neighbourhood cafés, infill housing and the ADUs being used to address housing shortages. Its customers are typically skilled operators who have lived in their cities for decades and run their businesses on general-purpose accounting and project tools rather than anything built for how construction actually bills and schedules. The founding team's backgrounds span finance, technology and construction, and the customer base is growing quickly.
