Adaptional

AI platform for insurance claims teams

Adaptional builds AI for the insurance industry, a sector that still leans on manual data entry, outsourced teams, human error checking and software decades old. Its platform is meant to give insurance teams the kind of experience Claude Code gives software engineers, and its first target is property and casualty claims, a market worth more than $2 trillion. Adaptional already works with top-10 insurance companies and is developing several products in parallel. Its founders previously worked at xAI and Clipboard and have already exited an insurance startup.
