Achievers

Employee recognition and rewards platform

Achievers builds employee recognition and rewards software that encourages people to recognise colleagues frequently rather than through an annual programme, on the premise that recognition changes behaviour only when it is close in time to the work. The platform reaches 4.3 million users across 190 countries. The company describes its purpose as inspiring recognition everywhere and achieving results that matter, hiring people who bring genuine commitment to that goal and building a workplace where individual perspective is treated as the point rather than a formality.
