100MS

AI automation for specialty pharmacy workflows

100ms automates the administrative gateway to specialty pharmacy treatment — benefits verification, prior authorisation and referral intake — so care teams face fewer delays and patients begin treatment sooner. Those three steps are where specialty therapy access actually stalls, often for weeks, while a patient with a confirmed prescription waits on paperwork. The platform combines deep healthcare domain knowledge with LLM-based agents and robust operational infrastructure, which is the combination the problem requires, since the rules differ by payer and by drug.
